The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) invites sealed bids from contractors for the Primeau Place Reclad Project at 308 14th Ave E Seattle, WA 98112. The work including, but not limited to, replacing the exterior building envelope and siding, replacement of exterior doors and windows, and completing energy-efficient upgrades, including interior lighting replacement and Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and the Ductless Heat Pump (DHP) heater installation in 53 apartment units. Each bid must beaccompanied by a surety company bid bond, or a certified or cashier’s check payable tothe order of the Seattle Housing Authority for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of thetotal amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the requiredbid submission date.PRE-BID SITE VISITS: Two pre-bid site visits will be held at the Primeau PlaceApartments at 308 14th Ave E., Seattle, WA 98112.1. Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 11:00 am2.
