Description:		Kern County Public Health is seeking a qualified organization to provide Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) navigation and linkage to care for people including education, enrollment in health insurance, scheduling appointments, and transportation for medical appointments with provision of STI care coordination and assurance of treatment including support of obtaining medication from pharmacy, evaluating and overcoming compliance issues, monitoring side effects, ensuring patients follow up.
