Description: CITY OF MOORPARK NOTICE REQUESTING PROPOSALS FOR HANDHELD PARKING CITATION DEVICES, PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND ADJUDICATION SERVICES PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moorpark is announcing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Handheld Parking Citation Devices, Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication Services.  Proposals must be received April 18, 2025, at 3:00 pm.  Proposals received after the submittal deadline will not be accepted.
