The project will rehabilitate approximately 4,511 feet of existing corroded 24-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) on the Monrovia Outfall Trunk Sewer with a cured-in-place pipe liner and 10 manholes with a protective coating system and all appurtenant work.
