Description: The Town of Douglas, Highway Department, requests sealed bids for TREE REMOVAL & TRIMMING. The Town of Douglas reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the Town.  Wage rates are subject to M.G.L., Ch. 149, S 26-260 inclusive, along with a minority employee percentage rate of not less than 5%. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked in the lower left hand corner with “Tree Removal.”  All bids for the Town of Douglas, Highway Department will be received by the Executive Administrator, Town of Douglas, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA 01516, until 10 AM, December 17, 2025, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read.
