Scope of Services
The Scope of Services requested includes inspection by Offeror of the City of Kissimmee City Hall elevators #1 and #2, and providing a complete turn-key modernization to ensure the safety and functionality of the elevators at Kissimmee City Hall. This modernization shall include those required operational updates to comply with the requirements of Chapter 399 of the Florida Statutes "Elevator Safety”, and Part 3.10.12 of ASME Al 7.3-2015, “Safety Code for Existing Elevators and Escalators”. It shall be the responsibility of Offeror to provide all aspects of service required including, but not limited to: technical expertise; supervision; qualified labor; customary tools, equipment, and trade accessories; parts, materials and supplies (except as excluded); programming software; transportation, and; all other services that are necessary for the proper execution, and performance.
