Project Description: The City of Albuquerque’s Department of Arts & Culture is seeking proposals from qualified organizations, businesses, or consortia to lead, operate, and manage the historic KiMo Theatre, located in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. This RFP is for a single contract that encompasses the full spectrum of services necessary to ensure the KiMo Theatre remains a vibrant and professionally operated cultural venue.
