ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO

Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, February 6, 2026 for DPW

Project 25300 Annex Bldg Remodel/Conference Rm Relocation, Department of Labor, Boise,

Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the Boise Annex Building to relocate

eight employee workstations from the basement to the first floor, fostering more cohesive work groups.

Additionally, the remodel will include the creation of new office spaces and the installation of a new interior

communicating stairway between the first and second floors. Interior work will involve reconfiguring a large

open conference room, updating finishes with new paint and carpet tile, and performing mechanical and

electrical updates as needed for the new spaces, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on January 27, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., prevailing local time, at

the Project Site, 215 W. Main Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $300.00. Others may

obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $405,000.00
