Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to replace an existing well pump system by replacing Submersible Pump System for Existing Well. Since the work requires specialized expertise, it must be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from well-system work, and whose employees are trained and skilled in all phases well repair and installation.
