The Carroll County Department of Public Works, Bureau of Engineering is seeking a qualified Firm to provide engineering design and construction related services for the replacement of Bridge No. CL-242X Hawks Hill Road over Tributary of Little Pipe Creek. Work will include design of a replacement structure, erosion and sediment control, maintenance of stream flow, stormwater management, environmental permitting, and all associated analysis and plans/specifications/estimate production.
