Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that City of El Reno, hereinafter called the "Owner," will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk, City of El Reno, 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, Oklahoma, 73036, until 2:00 p.m. on the 17 th day of March, 2026. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked with the following statement: Trail Construction: Sunset Trail, Phase 2 This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment and tools to perform all necessary labor for the construction of approximately 0.9 miles of trail construction. All bids must be submitted to the City Clerk. All bids will be opened and read aloud by the City Clerk or her designee in the City Council Chambers on March 17 th at 2:00 P.M. at the El Reno Municipal Building located at 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.
