Schiller-Palmer Parking Structure 2026 Maintenance Repairs, Project No. 25-25

RECEIPT OF BIDS

Sealed bids to complete all work required for the maintenance repairs to the Schiller/Palmer Parking Structure will be received by the City of Elmhurst, DuPage County, Illinois until 10:00 a.m., (Central Daylight Savings Time) on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Thereafter or as soon as thereafter is practicable, all bids received will be publicly opened and the bid prices
read aloud. Sealed envelopes or packages containing bids shall be addressed to the Office of the City Clerk, Elmhurst City Hall, 209 N. York Street, Elmhurst, Illinois 60126, and shall be marked “Schiller/Palmer Parking Structure 2026 Maintenance Repairs, Project No. 25-25.”

Work includes concrete repairs, removal and replacement of sealant materials, expansion joints, plumbing & masonry repairs, pavement markings and miscellaneous repairs.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 am. Please meet at the northwest stair tower at the top level of the parking facility.
