This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Non-Competitive Small Purchase Procurement Method. This solicitation will result in a contract with a qualified MWBE vendor to provide Cast Iron Pipe Fittings as needed for the New York City Department of Correction (DOC). The maximum contract award amount will be 1,500,000.00. Once the contract maximum value has been reached, the vendor shall cease work and/or delivery of goods under the resultant contract. DOC does not guarantee full expenditure of the maximum contract award amount and reserves the right to decrease or terminate the contract at any time. By submitting the Item Grid, the awarded vendor agrees to the contract terms and conditions and agrees that their quoted price(s) shall remain firm for the term of the contract.
