Description: NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ON-CALL SERVICES FOR COUNTY OF LAKE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS LAKE COUNTY, CA SOLICITATION NO. 261482 The County of Lake is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or individuals to provide on-call Construction Management services under a master agreement to support the efforts of the County departments. Work may include a full range of construction project management, construction oversight, inspection, and project close out. SOQs must be received at or before 3:00 p.m. (local time) on Monday, December 1, 2025. SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. County encourages consultants to submit SOQ before noon on the date due. 5. Late submittals will not be considered. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work, in general, includes all professional services associated with administration and construction management services for these projects in conformance with FHWA, Caltrans, and County requirements. The selected firm shall provide a field site representative who is a licensed professional civil engineer in the State of California and will function as the Resident Engineer. A consultant may view the RFQ documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a plan holder.
