Overview

Summary

The County is seeking to establish contracts with vendors to perform janitorial services at County-owned and leased facilities. The contracts will be for an initial one (1) year term with the County reserving the right for six (6) optional one-year renewals at the County’s discretion. It is estimated that there are fifty-six (56) locations requiring janitorial services, with their geographical placement varying within the boundaries of the County. In addition, this RFP will cover any other County-owned or leased facilities that may require janitorial services within the term of the contract.

The pre-bid meeting will be held at 9660 Ecology, Sacramento CA 95827 at the conclusion of the site walk of the office building. The County will allow for a maximum of 30 minutes for any additional questions pertaining to this RFP.
