Scope of Work:

Remove and replace the roofing on sections D & E as drawn and specified.

Sealed bids for the Roof Replacement at Dorothy Lemelson STEM Academy will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on January 28, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
