The City of Redwood City is pleased to announce the availability of HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) funding funds for eligible supportive services projects.

The City seeks proposals from existing providers to deliver supportive services to Qualifying Populations as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Qualifying Populations include individuals and families who are: experiencing or at risk of homelessness; fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking; at greatest risk of housing instability; and in need of supportive services or assistance that would prevent homelessness.
