The City of Mobile is soliciting qualifications and proposals from engineering and design firms to provide engineering design services related to the Perch Creek Preserve Park project.


This project will be implemented by the City of Mobile. The purpose of this project is to design and update a series of public access waterfront and riverfront parks in the southern City of Mobile. Situated across multiple parcels (Zone 1, 2 and 3A in Masterplan), this park will be an integral part of continued growth within the City of Mobile by providing waterfront access and recreational opportunity to locals while showcasing the beautiful natural resources of Mobile Bay. Project area consists of 190.3 acres of waterfront property that stretches along 2.3 miles of shoreline and 2.7 miles of creek frontage.
