Request for Qualifications

Sewer Pump Station Evaluations

GENERAL

The Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Public Works Department requested the submission of Statement of Qualifications from engineering firms to provide professional services for the Evaluations of Sewer Pump Stations in Wolfeboro. The work is anticipated to include:

Force main pipe and sizing

Wet Well evaluations

Pump inventory and sizing

Pump station structure/building components, HVAC, I&C, mechanical, and electrical evaluation

20-year projected flows

Site, operational, environmental and other constraints

Pump station recommendations

Opinion of probable costs for upgrade and/or improvements for each pump station

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

Five (5) copies of the Statement of Qualifications are to be provided. Information describing the roles and qualifications of key members of your firm that will be involved with the various tasks of the project. Please include the main client contact person and proposed organizational chart. A statement about why your firm would be a good fit for Wolfeboro and a brief discussion of the firm’s approach to planning, designing, and permitting Sewer Collection Systems. Description of scheduling and quality control procedures. A minimum of 5 client references for projects completed within the last 5 years shall be provided. Provide one example of a recent Sewer Pump Station project and permitting project drawing set.

NOTE: Please limit your submission to 25 pages in the Qualification Package. However, concise statements are preferred, bullets and outlines are better. Your goal should be to use the least number of pages to show Wolfeboro your company’s qualifications to perform the required tasks.
