HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids to provide the necessary labor, equipment and materials required to perform complete maintenance of all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) systems and other appurtenant work necessary to complete the project at all Village-owned facilities all in all in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and Contract Document No. PW-2526-06.

All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid proposal packets. Bid plans and prequalification forms are available on the Village’s website www.elkgrove.org/bids . Once the prequalification form is reviewed and approved by the Village an electronic bid proposal packet will be sent via e-mail to the approved bidder(s). To check on your prequalified status call the Elk Grove Village Public Works Department at (847) 734-8800.

For the purpose of familiarizing bidders with the services required and answering questions, a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 8:00 A.M. on Monday, March 31, 2025 at the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove, Illinois, 60007.    Attendance by the bidder or their representative at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory.

Bids will be received until 9:45 AM on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 and opened at 10:00 AM, local time. The bid opening will be held at the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove, Illinois, 60007 and marked to indicate the following:
