Room 141 Pembroke, NC Sealed bids will be received by the University of North Carolina Pembroke in Pembroke, NC up to 3:00 pm on February 19, 2026, in the office of Mrs. Amanda Spayd, Business Officer, Pinchbeck Facilities Building 128A Facilities Drive Room 104 Pembroke, NC , Bids will be immediately and publicly opened thereafter and read aloud in room 141 in the Pinchbeck Facilities Building for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Campus Gas Line Replacement. Sealed bids can be hand-delivered or mailed by certified mail to the address below: Delivery by hand to: UNC Pembroke Pinchbeck Facilities Building Mrs. Amanda Spayd 128A Facilities Drive Office 104 Pembroke, NC 28372 -OR- Certified mail to: UNC Pembroke Attn: Mrs. Amanda Spayd 1 University Drive Pembroke, NC 28372 Bid proposals will be received for Single Prime Contractor. All proposals shall be lump sum. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
	Plan Deposit		$ 250 Complete plans and specifications may be obtained from the Designer during normal office hours.
