Description: CITY OF LEWISTON ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT TITLE: Transfer Station Access & Wild Dove Cul-De-Sac IFB-26-009 Separate sealed BIDS for the above project located in Lewiston, Idaho, will be received by Purchasing Division, City of Lewiston at 1134 “F” Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, until 2:00pm local time on February 17, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work involves removal of asphalt pavement, excavation to subgrade, placement of subgrade geotextile, aggregate base and asphalt pavement. Work also includes pavement marking & striping, and construction of temporary access.
