Project Description: This project consists of replacing the roof and installing a full building lightning protection system at the Fine Arts Building located, 3517 Austin St., Houston. TX 77004, Central Campus and will affect 26,523 sq. ft. of building roof area. The total approximate roof area is 26,648 square feet. The project is based on construction documents and specifications prepared by RDLR Architects and their consultants. This is an active campus environment. All work shall be coordinated with HCC to minimize disruption to operations and may require after-hours, weekend, or academic break scheduling.
