City of Phoenix Aviation Department Taxicab Services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Opportunities Business Information Meetings for Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting two Business Information Meetings for taxicab services and other interested parties in preparation for the release of a competitive Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for taxicab services opportunities. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Business Information meetings to learn about the scope of the RCS opportunity and ask any questions you have on the process. The RCS will offer up to four contracting opportunities.
