Project Description

Town of York - Flats Road Pump Station

Project Includes: 1) Site grading, driveway replacement and restoration of disturbed areas. 2) Building improvements including: replacement of fascia, soffits, gutters, door, windows, suspended ceiling, insulation, floor grating and painting. 3) Ventilation, heating and cooling improvements. 4) Electrical improvements including replacment of the generator, generator gas service, transfer switch, lighting, security and SCADA/telemetry System. 5) Bypass pumping, replacment of pumps, valves, piping, fittings, flow meter, instrumentation, sampling equipment. 6) Construction of a chlorine booster building with chlorinator storage tanks and related appurtenances.
