Description:

MARTA is seeking Proposals from private developer firms to advance the development of MARTA’s real property located at Oakland City Station and Lakewood Fort McPherson in alignment with MARTA’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Guidelines. A developer will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a high-quality, mixed-use development with residential and commercial components (the “Project”).
