Description: Section I – Introduction and RFP Terms and Conditions • The City of Jacksonville, Texas (“City”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed insurance brokerage firms to provide health insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting services. • The City seeks a firm that will serve as a trusted advisor, advocate, and strategic partner in the design, procurement, administration, and ongoing management of its employee benefits program. The selected Firm will support the City in controlling costs, managing risk, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing competitive, sustainable benefits for employees. • The City employs a diverse workforce, including full-time, part-time, public safety, and administrative employees. The selected Firm will work closely with the City’s Executive Director of People and Strategy, Finance Department, Payroll, and other designated stakeholders. • Notice of this RFP was published in the Jacksonville Progressive. The RFP document is available upon request or as otherwise provided by the City. Submittal Requirements Respondents shall submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) digital copy.
