Safety Complex Locker Room Improvements

• Deadline: Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 am
• Work includes: Demolition of interior walls, ceiling tiles, electric, HVAC, flooring, lockers and benches per drawings. Rework/add fire alarms, strobes, egress to existing system per drawings. Construction of interior walls, countertops, ceiling grid and ceiling tiles, painting, electrical and HVAC. Purchase and installation of flooring, lockers and benches per drawings located at the Safety Complex, 3360 Park Street.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Safety Complex (3360 Park Street) on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
