The cured liner forms a new pipe within the old host pipe. This work is part of the capital maintenance sub-program in the 2022–2027 Six-Year Water Plan.

General Statement of Work
The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate approximately 10,100’ of 8” sanitary sewer pipes using Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP). CIPP is a trenchless rehabilitation method used to rehabilitate existing sewer pipes without excavation by installing through the existing manholes. It involves inserting a resin-saturated liner into the existing pipe and curing it in place to form a new, structurally sound pipe within the old host pipe. This project is part of the capital maintenance sub-program in the current 2022-2027 Six-Year Water Plan.
