Project Description: Request for Qualifications – RFQ 2024-092. The City of Waco in anticipation of future grants from the Federal Aviation Administration which will help finance future Airport Planning Services and construction projects, is requesting statements of qualifications from experienced firms interested in providing airport planning plus architectural and engineering services for future projects at Waco Regional Airport. The projects will involve services to provide Airport Planning, A/E design, preparation of plans, specifications and bid documents, bidding phase services and construction phase services compliant with FAA Regulations and FAA design criteria.
