THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES - IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR A PROMISE TO ISSUE AN RFP IN THE FUTURE AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS ISSUED IN SUPPORT OF MARKET RESEARCH, TO GATHER INFORMATION, AND TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SOURCES. Interested parties are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested parties’ expense.

The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for AvMC MS Math Platform; Enterprise-Level Modeling, Simulation, Testing, and Data Analysis Software License.
