Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for On-Call Snow Hauling Services and the required work necessary or proper for or incidental to this purpose including providing all necessary supervisors, personnel, equipment and materials. *THIS BID IS FOR ON-CALL SNOW HAULING SERVICES ONLY, NOT SNOW PLOWING Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 after 10:00 AM: www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive. Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
