The County of Ontario, NY (‘County’), a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New York, and Finger Lakes Community College (‘FLCC’), a higher education facility under the State University of New York sponsored by the County, are seeking proposals from firms interested in partnering in financing the locating, design, development, and operation of the FLCC Culinary Arts Center of Excellence.
