Project Description: The Port of Bremerton is soliciting the submission of professional engineering consulting services Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the design, funding assistance, and permitting assistance for the Port Orchard Marina guest dock and fuel dock. The Port intends to negotiate a fixed-fee contract for the project for Bremerton Marina Guest Float Design Project first and then the Fuel Dock Design and Replacement and establish hourly rates for services.
