Background

The City of Cottonwood hosts the Thunder Valley Rally (TVR) event annually each fall at the Riverfront Park located at 1284 E. Riverfront Road, Cottonwood, AZ. This event features musical band stage performances throughout the weekend as well as food and retail vendors. Having a safe and controlled event is critical. The City has budgeted $11,000 for these services.
