Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 8733 Juniper Hill Roof Replacement The project work consists of replacement and restoration of the roof at Juniper Hill. DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Roofing; Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 after 10:00 A.M. in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Gale Associates Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive. Sealed  bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
