Scope of Services
PURPOSE

3.1.1 This Solicitation provides interested proposers with sufficient information to enable them to

prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City.

3.1.2 The City is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide services as described herein. Any

contracts, which may be executed between the City and any firm(s) as a result of this Solicitation,

will be limited to the scope as described herein. The City will incur no other obligations, expressed

or implied.

3.1.3 This solicitation contains instructions governing the proposals to be provided, requirements that

must be met to be eligible for consideration, general evaluation criteria, and other requirements

to be met by each proposal.
