Project Description: The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified consultants for program management services to support projects that are expected to be undertaken at McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) during the next five (5) years. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package will be available for download in electronic format on October 10, 2025, at https://flyknoxville.com/airport-authority/procurement/. SOQs must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM EST on November 10, 2025. SOQs will only be received by secure online network BidNet Direct (www.bidnetdirect.com).
