These Services are intended to facilitate structured retreats and workshops that enhance team cohesion, clarify roles and responsibilities, and promote long-term organizational effectiveness. The Project involves the planning and facilitation of management retreats and governance workshops for City leadership and elected officials over a two-year term from October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.
