Scope of Services	Scope of Services: SCPS is seeking an architectural/engineering firm to provide design and construction administration services for the scope within the construction budget to be determined. Included with the architectural/engineering services will be the predesign effort to work with the Owner and Construction Manager at Risk with prioritizing the scope of work based on cost and phasing strategy. Scope of Work: New Dining Facility and Renovations to Various Buildings at South Seminole Middle School located at 101 South Winter Park Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707. SCPS is seeking an architectural/engineering team to provide full design and construction administration services for the interior renovations to buildings 3 and 4, remodeling building 8 to provide improved circulation between the locker areas and the existing gymnasium, along with replacing buildings 1 and 7 with a new dining facility and office spaces.
