Notes	The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from licensed General Contractors to coordinate all construction operations needed to successfully complete renovation and construction at the Haven Hope House Homeless Shelter.  Please refer to Attachment #1 (RFP GA-4617 General Contractor Services for Haven Hope House Homeless Shelter) for complete bid specifications and scope of work. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting was held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM (ET) at the Haven Hope House Homeless Shelter located at 79 Green Street, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093. Vendors that attended and signed in at the mandatory pre-bid meeting are eligible for award. All proposals and required documents must be submitted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, by the designated date and time of Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
