Sealed bids will be received for Service Center Operations - Site Improvements by the City of Brentwood through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement , until 10:30 am , local time, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 , at which time said bids will be publicly opened. Electronic submission is the preferred method. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.

Background

The City of Brentwood is seeking bids from qualified contractors for work associated with its Service Center campus improvements located at 1750 General George Patton Drive, Brentwood, TN. The project scope includes: Demolition of Existing Materials Storage Area to become New Covered Vehicle and Equipment Storage Area, Installation of Pre-Engineered Metal Roof, Regrading and Construction of New CMU Materials Storage Area with Roll-Up Steel Door and Roof Canopy, Existing Testing Shop Building Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades, Installation of Double Door, Storm Drainage and Utility Upgrades.
