The work will take place inside the control building at the Franciscan Storage Treatment Basin, located at 3001 17th Street, Rock Island, IL. There will be a non-mandatory Pre-bid Site Review at the Franciscan STB, 3001 17 th Street on Friday June 6, 2025 at 9:00am.
