Q.1 Are technical drawings available for this project?

A.1 Technical drawings are available upon request to Procurement@mywakulla.com.

Q.2 Are federal funds involved in this project?

A.2 Yes, please refer to “Exhibit B” located in “RFQ 2026-05 Intent and General Information” for

full details.

Q.3 Can you provide the engineer's estimate for probable cost?

A.3 The funding available for CEI Services is $135,344.00.

Q.4 On the typical section page, it states "offset varies". Can clarification be provided for

what that variance offset is determined by? There are obstacles to avoid with existing

roadway signage, mailboxes, concrete driveways and drainage structures (side drain pipes

and storm sewer trunkline with manholes) that are not addressed in the provided project

information. These features will substantially affect the scope and the overall cost of the

project. Are these existing obstacles addressed on other documents?

Q.5 On the probable construction cost page, without a clear understanding of the intended

offset of the new multi-use path, and with the existing shoulder slopes and "lay of the land", it

would appear the quantity for borrow excavation would be greatly increased to bring a walking

path to within the guidelines of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance as is

mentioned in the proposal. How is this associated quantity determined? The typical section

indicates that the proposed path is to be lower in elevation and sloping away from the roadway

at a 2% cross slope. Are there longitudinal and lateral grade elevations to follow?
