Project Description: The City of Kansas City is seeking a qualified consultant that will provide citywide Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services.
This project is an SLBE 5% Incentive project. SLBE is the City's small, local business enterprise program. Any SLBEs that respond to this RFP will receive a 5% incentive/reduction in their pricing submittal for evaluation purposes only. If selected, the SLBE will be paid the full submittal pricing. You must be registered with the City of KCMO as an SLBE at the time of RFP posting in order to respond as an SLBE and receive this incentive. Proof of SLBE registration will be verified.
