Description: The City of Aurora is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to develop, construct and operate a Clean Construction or Demolition Debris (“CCDD”) site at the City owned parcel located on Jericho Road located approximately 4,000 feet west of IL 31 and 1,000 feet south of Jericho Road.  The selected contractor will be responsible for the full scope of the project, including design, permitting, construction, management, and operation of the CCDD facility in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The City encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful firm to utilize minority businesses as applicable.
