NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract COPY PAPER 25-118-FIN on or before November 6, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.


Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking a bidder to furnish and deliver Xerocopy and Bond Paper. The County shall not accept substitutes, even if they are claimed to be of equal quality. The specifications provided reflect the County’s standards for print clarity, durability, and compatibility with existing equipment. The County reserves the right to select either virgin or recycled paper stock. Cartoon shipped shall be in case quantity.
