Request for Information Regarding Legal Representation for
the Zoning Hearing Board and Planning Commission
CITY OF LANCASTER, PA
The City of Lancaster, PA (“City”) will receive responses online for Legal Representation for the Zoning Hearing Board and Planning Commission until July 31, 2026, at 11:00AM at which time they shall be opened electronically on PennBid’s website. The City is interested in receiving information from lawyers and law firms licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that wish to provide general counsel and litigation services to the City of Lancaster Zoning Hearing Board who have significant experience in representing Pennsylvania Municipal Zoning Boards and in matters pertaining to subdivision and land development under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The City desires that the selected attorney or firm also provide counsel to the City’s Planning Commission on an as-needed basis.
