Overview

Summary

The Lebanon Municipal Airport is seeking a Custodial Service contractor for the terminal building. The terminal building is open seven days per week, 365 days per year, including holidays. Custodial Services are needed for the first-floor public spaces, TSA offices, passenger screening area, passenger hold room, and second-floor administration spaces.

The proposed start date for the contract will be July 6, 2026.

Background

The contract is for a three-year period. The terminal building is open from 6:00AM through 7:00PM. Cleaning will need to occur when the building is open. Airline passengers and rental car customers may be in the building while cleaning is occurring.
