Notes	The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is actively seeking proposals from qualified firms that have the capacity, either in-house or through the assembly of a qualified team, to provide all the services required herein and shall have prior verifiable experience providing architectural design and construction administration services as the primary Consultant on a minimum of three (3) newly constructed fire station projects.
